We replaced the roof with Malarkey Vista shingles, a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle. This added level of protection can help reduce the likelihood of significant hail damage, and many homeowners may also qualify for a discount on their insurance premiums.
We also replaced the gutters and painted the entire home. The homeowners chose a noticeably different color scheme than their previous one, including black gutters, fascia, and deck details. They gave the color choices plenty of thought, and the finished result has received a lot of positive feedback from neighbors.
