Dan is the Co-Founder of Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, a premier exterior remodeling company specializing in high-quality roofing and siding solutions. Driven by a lifelong entrepreneurial ambition, Dan partnered with his brother, Jim, to turn their shared industry passion and deep field experience into a trusted family-owned business.

Known for his hands-on approach, Dan genuinely enjoys partnering with clients to solve exterior challenges. He backs his practical experience with numerous advanced certifications from leading roofing product manufacturers.

Dedicated to strengthening his local community, Dan is an active civic leader. He regularly lends his time to LifeSpring Church, networks within Center Sphere, and proudly supports multiple area nonprofit organizations.

When he steps away from the job site and volunteer commitments, Dan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, and reading. Above all, he treasures quality time spent with his wife and children.

Jim Thompson is the Co-Founder of Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc. His forward-thinking leadership has helped the company continue to grow while introducing tools and technology that support its day-to-day operations, including CRM systems and digital measuring platforms.

Jim brings extensive knowledge of workplace safety and building science to his role, along with manufacturer and ventilation certifications. He maintains a strong focus on environmental health and the well-being of both employees and the families who live in the properties Thompson & Thompson works on.

Outside of his professional and community commitments, Jim is an avid craftsman who enjoys woodworking, fishing, and finding inspiration in creative, hands-on projects.

Amy has been with Thompson & Thompson since 2010. In her multifaceted role, she serves as a central hub for office operations, coordinating sales representative appointments, helping resolve customer concerns, and maintaining an organized workflow for the staff.

What Amy values most about her time with Thompson & Thompson is the company’s family-oriented culture and the opportunity to work directly with the owners each day.

Outside of the office, Amy is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hitting the golf course and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.

Steve has been a dedicated member of the Thompson & Thompson team since 2023. In the field, he manages crews on job sites and enjoys working directly with homeowners throughout the project process.

Steve also oversees quality control on projects, paying close attention to details such as proper nail placement, ventilation, job-site cleanup, and other aspects of installation that contribute to quality workmanship.

When he isn’t hard at work, Steve’s top priority is spending time with his family. He and his wife are the proud parents of four daughters and grandparents of two grandsons.

Bri brings 15 years of construction industry experience to Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc. In her role, she handles a wide range of responsibilities, including insurance, sales support, project pipeline management, and financial analysis.

She especially enjoys the close-knit, family environment at Thompson & Thompson.

Outside of work, Bri loves spending quality time with her husband and their four children.

Trent joined Thompson & Thompson in 2023, bringing 20 years of construction industry experience to his role as Senior Job Foreman.

He is dedicated to supporting the staff and maintaining high standards on every project for the homeowners Thompson & Thompson serves.

When he’s off the clock, Trent enjoys spending time with his wife and their six children. You can often find the family cheering on Huskers football or attending local community events together.

Dan has been a key member of the Thompson & Thompson team since 2015. He is passionate about helping homeowners improve their properties with roofing, siding, and gutter solutions.

Dan enjoys hearing what his customers’ goals are and then presenting solutions and ideas that fit both their budget and their vision for their home.

When he isn’t helping customers with exterior projects, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Dan Luna serves as Project Manager and Operations Coordinator for Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc. In his role, Dan oversees on-site production, keeps material orders on track, and helps maintain quality standards throughout each project.

As a former salesperson for Thompson & Thompson, Dan understands every stage of the project, from the initial meeting with a client through installation, project completion, and final paperwork. That experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on both customer service and field operations.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys rock climbing, a fitting hobby for someone who spends plenty of time climbing ladders. He also prioritizes spending time with his wife and children and enjoys traveling together as a family.

Marcos Vasquez joined Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc. in 2024 and has quickly become an important part of the operations staff as Material Coordinator. In his role, Marcos manages inventory and coordinates materials to help make sure each project has the supplies needed for installation.

His attention to detail helps keep projects organized and moving forward on schedule.

Outside of work, Marcos enjoys relaxing and spending time with close friends and family.
